SQUID Returns

- All we ask is that the SQUID GO unit is returned in the same condition that it is sent.
- Just let us know why you would like to return the unit, and be sure to send the unit back within 5 days of us authorising your return.
SQUID Repairs
- The SQUID GO pump, has a one year warrantee, so in the event of an issue occurring within the first year, we'll fix the pump for free, as long as it's not as a consequence of misuse, negligence or "user damage".
- We'll arrange to collect the pump from you via ROYAL MAIL24
- Once the pump arrives back with us, we'll get a spare pump out to you via next working day delivery, to use whilst the pump is repaired
- In the event that the pump is older than a year, we can discuss options with you to get you up and running again ASAP.
